Hypnobirthing – Online Zoom Course
Sally and I usually teach hypnobirth in small groups but due to the current situation we have gone on-line and are doing Zoom meetings and it’s working really well! The live sessions enable us to cover the material whilst you can ask questions, We will send you all the materials required in the post before the start of the course so you have everything right in front of you.
The 3 zoom sessions ensure you have all the information and make sure you understand it all make sense of it all and structure the practice in the best way to make a huge positive impact on your birth. The book we will send you is for you both to read through in your own time and then the main “work ” of the course is homework that you can do when it suits you.
As a midwife and Mum and Sally as a Mum of 2 young children with very different birth experiences we are there for all the Q and As that come up and offer lots of addition “inside information.” to help you decide and achieve the birth you want.

Every Tuesday at 7pm for 3 sessions starting Tuesday 16th June 2020.
